CLA is currently seeking an Office Operations Director to lead our Internal Operations team in the King of Prussia, PA office. This pivotal role coordinates, directs and supervises office operations and administrative activities to achieve consistent and optimal utilization of team resources and workflow. The position will ensure the location operates efficiently by leveraging consistent processes, practices, and resources not as individual components, but as a CLA Family.

How you'll create opportunities in this Office Operations Director role:

  • Provide leadership of internal operations staff including resource allocation, time and performance management, career coaching, recruitment, and development.
  • Implement standardized processes to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Managing Principal of Office (MPO), service, industry, and internal groups to implement firm-wide initiatives.
  • Assist Managing Principal of Office in annual budgeting process and provides oversight of operating expenses, time entry, expense approval, reporting and analysis.
  • Active in elevating the office culture and environment.
  • Assist and ensure adherence to firm wide policy and goals.
  • Facilities management
  • Collaborate with a team of Regional Operations Directors on a variety of regional and firm initiatives.
  • Attend monthly firm-wide virtual Operation Directors meetings for regular updates.
  • Other duties as assigned, etc.

What you will need:

  • 10 or more years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Professional services industry experience, a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 11 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products is required.
