The Senior Data Center Engineer is a key player in server engineering, responsible for leading the planning of maintenance and the development of strategies across various platforms. This role demands expertise in Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware, Active Directory, Cisco UCS, and complex IT troubleshooting.
* Lead the planning and execution of hardware and software upgrades.
* Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of server clusters.
* Operate in specialized client/server environments.
* Maintain and configure DNS and Active Directory services.
* Manage a variety of data storage systems.
* Automate routine tasks using Python or PowerShell.
* Document server environments for change control and technical repository.
* Utilize RHEL, VMware, Active Directory, and Cisco UCS
* Support file and block data storage and backup systems
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science (Required) Or Relevant experience in data center engineering beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-1 ratio i.e. one year of relevant work experience equals one year of required education.

7 years Hands-on systems engineering experience (Required)
