Responsibilities

We're seeking a Card Risk Associate to join our Card Products team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze data and identify fraud trends and client friction and take appropriate action using business judgement.
  • Create/update/review reports designed to assist in identification of trends.
  • Review, identify, & implement process improvements and new processes, utilizing business judgement to evaluate impact to fraud losses and/or client experience.
  • Manage projects as assigned.
  • Cross train with team to understand all aspects of position and backfill when other team members are off.
  • Update and maintain procedures.

The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and acumen:

  • Experience with fraud tools and systems, and the regulatory/compliance environment
  • Understanding of card systems, including networks, processors, etc.
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated communication ability: up, down and across the organization.
  • Ability to understand impact of decisions on complex, changing environments.
  • Ability to see patterns in data and appropriately act and/or make recommendations on those patterns.
  • Ability to be agile and prioritize work based on varying needs and expectations.

**Current and/or recent experience in fraud and/or cards**


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 1-3+ year(s) of experience in banking - specifically card and/or fraud. including roles focused on data querying and analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 5-7+ year(s) of experience in banking - specifically card and/or fraud. including roles focused on data querying and analytics.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $66,750.00 - 115,700.00 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.
