Senior Client Advisor - Great Lakes

Reports To: Director of Sales

Employment Type: Full Time, FSLA Status: Exempt, EEO Category: Sales Workers

The Impact you Will Have:

You will be responsible for hitting or exceeding an annual revenue quota from both a portfolio of named accounts and via the uncovering of new accounts. This role requires high-level execution at every stage of the pipeline development and sales process. Stage examples include analyzing accounts, prospecting, and scheduling with new contacts, identifying customer needs, advancing opportunities, deepening relationships, and partnering with project teams to ensure flawless execution. In this role you will be involved in delivering and overseeing exceptional client service to deliver on tasks, briefs, and projects.

Please note: We are hiring in territory. Our ideal candidate will be located in Wisconsin, Illinois, or Michigan.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate sales in assigned accounts or portfolio through direct sales, networking, and marketing events. Identify, develop, and expand key accounts.
  • Demonstrate strategic selling approach to identify, target, and penetrate companies with needs appropriate to the company's services and products.
  • Consistently engage in prospecting activities. Concentrate on new business development opportunities in existing clients.
  • Qualify all accounts and ensure accurate information in Salesforce.com
  • Work with senior leaders in targeted industries.
  • Develop winning proposals and deliver presentations. Collaborate with other resources, when appropriate.
  • Consistently link our products and capabilities with our clients' business issues and strategic objectives.
  • Stay current regarding the business issues facing all dominant industries in your portfolio and strategize how the company's services can help solve them.
  • Identify and understand customers' decision-making processes, goals, objectives, strategies, competitive situations, buyers and influences to build direct relationships and win new business opportunities.
  • Partner with various internal resources to ensure that proper pricing, staffing, and delivery targets are set for proposed solutions.
  • Work with various internal resources to ensure quality handoffs for delivery of solutions.
  • Induct new Account members into the business
  • Supporting the development of the team by sharing knowledge and insights with junior members of the team

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • 7-9 years of sales experience in a complex business environment with emphasis on selling of intangible services to leading corporations.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other ERP application
  • Previous success in a Sales or Business Development role is strongly desired.
  • Experience with new business development and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships from scratch and sell at business unit level in medium to large companies
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets in a new business capacity
  • Will have experience of communicating and presenting at different levels within many businesses
  • Strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Self-Starter and goal oriented
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Team player mentality
  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
