What We Do

Leads and manages a team to identify business opportunities that maximize potential revenue for a broad range of products and product lines within our Docutech Division. Develop and execute the marketing strategy behind products and product lines and drive marketing initiatives that establish business standards and competitively position the company's products in the marketplace.

What You'll Do

  • Manage entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Establishes marketing strategies including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle
  • Develop Product Requirements (ORD) for each product line
  • Develops and evaluates pricing strategies and structures
  • Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications
  • Conduct market research surveys and customer/prospect visits to understand and specific business requirements for target market segments
  • Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality

  • Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans.
  • Ability to learn needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources.
  • Experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure.
  • Understanding of metrics/dashboards that drive an environment and culture of continuous improvement.
  • Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
  • Possesses problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented and solution thinking with time management and project management skills.
  • Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.


Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred.


Typical Range of Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years in marketing and product management role

Pay Range: $94,200-$157,000

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
