Job Summary

The Web and Content Experience Sr Manager is a critical member of the Henry Schein One Marketing team, responsible for the driving a multi-faceted suite of web products aimed at our business prospects and customers, as well as prospective partners, employees, and investors.

As the owner of the first touchpoint most audiences interact with, you will be influencing a key area of our marketing and have a direct impact on multiple bottom line results. To help accomplish your mission, you will work closely with our engineering, creative, content, product marketing, demand generation, education teams.

What you will do
  • Establish and drive a vision for Henry Schein One's web channels.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization to lead cross-functional projects,
  • Lead the strategy, design, development, and management of Henry Schein One's new corporate and product websites.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives that increase the performance of websites and landing pages, and their revenue-driving impact.
  • Apply your background in conversion rate optimization to inspire a culture of experimentation and testing across the organization.
  • Establish an SEO strategy across Henry Schein One's network of websites to increase organic traffic and decrease dependency on SEM.
  • Develop and govern an efficient web management process, working with product marketing, content, creative design, engineering, and development operations teams.
  • Bridge the technical expertise of engineering, hosting and security teams with the industry language and needs of product marketing and content.
  • Evaluate and manage contractors, agencies, and software vendors to support current and future needs.
Travel/Physical Demands
  • Typically less than 10%. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications

Must have:
  • 10+ years of experience across some combination of technical marketing, website management, or technical project management. Ideally a mixture of these.
  • Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
  • Expertise managing websites, with experience re-designing/developing from the ground up and integrating websites after mergers/acquisitions.
  • A track record leading initiatives involving SEO, SEM, CRO, GTM, Google Analytics, required.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude with a dose of patience - capable of influencing others.
  • Actively use a wide-range of unique professional skills; expert understanding of industry practices
  • Excellent proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
  • Outstanding planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Outstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Expert in multiple technical and/or business skills
  • Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations
Nice to have:
  • Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
The posted range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 15% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
