Position Responsibilities
Lead Uline's human resources operations for 200+ employees in warehouse, facilities and office roles.
Collaborate with leadership on recruitment and retention strategies, performance management and employee engagement.
Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.
Help manage local organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and staffing levels.
Communicate and administer company benefits, leave and compensation plans.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
7+ years of HR and recruiting experience, including 2 - 3 years management experience. PHR certification preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
Thorough knowledge of federal and Ohio state labor and employment laws.
Skilled in high-growth recruitment strategies. Experience in a warehouse / distribution and shift environment strongly preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
MUST be available to travel for an extended period for initial training at Uline's other North American locations.
