Hospitality Ambassador (On-site Position - Coppell)

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome visitors, following check-in procedures, including identification verification for security purposes.
Serve as the main point of contact for the site, providing outstanding service to employees and visitors while maintaining a professional appearance.
Ensure continuous coverage at the front desk during business hours, except during breaks, to maintain standards and offer assistance.
Create and manage keycards for employees and visitors, collaborating with security on access rights requests.
Assist in managing access control systems, including restricted access to specific storage rooms, in coordination with security, facility, and HR departments.
Collaborate with security and HR during emergency situations to ensure safety and well-being of individuals in the building.
Handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion and adherence to security measures.
Aid new hires in setting up the HID mobile app and Relish account for smoother onboarding.
Support planning and execution of company events, meetings, or conferences, including room reservations and setup.
Serve as a liaison between employees and the facility manager, relaying feedback and concerns.
Help manage the iOffice platform, including workspace reservations, seat assignments, and move requests.
Perform other assigned duties and tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
Demonstrated positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach, prioritizing solutions over assigning blame.
Experience with Corrigo or CMMS is desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Adaptability to new software platforms and technology tools.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
