In this role, you will focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all systems.
What will some of your day look like? Perform maintenance, and monitoring repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and moving office furniture, equipment, and materials.
Cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.
Facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions
Patching/painting, hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, repairing doors, and replacing lights and ballasts.
Review monthly client service request summaries, evaluate and monitor vendors and suppliers, and verify the accuracy of deliveries.
Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment
Utilize the CMMS system (Corrigo) for all work performed
Who are we looking for? Required High school diploma or GED
2+ years of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
A valid driver's license
Preferred Completion of trade school in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
CMMS systems, Corrigo is a plus!
