Looking for a Window Installation Scheduler:

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be the backbone of our window installation team? We're hiring a Window Installation Scheduler to ensure our projects run smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate window installation appointments
• Maintain a well-organized schedule for installation teams
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments
• Manage rescheduling and adjustment as needed
• Ensure all materials and tools are ready for each job

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational Skills
• Strong Communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in scheduling or project management is a plus
