Sleep Medicine (Sleep Medicine)
Practice Information
- One BC/BE sleep medicine physician needed to join our sleep medicine team at American Fork Clinic in American Fork, Utah
- Sleep Lab will be based at Utah Valley Clinic (20 minute drive)
- Outpatient only with no call responsibilities
- Mid-level provider assistance
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
- Visa sponsorship not available
Requirements
- Sleep medicine fellowship required
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in sleep
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
