The A4H Applied Technologies and Threat Engineering Group develops non-kinetic defensive strategies by combining a detailed understanding of adversary threat systems with advanced technologies (such as lasers). Our group is seeking a forward thinking, innovative non-kinetic systems engineer to propose and investigate multiple non-kinetic engagement strategies for defeating a wide range of potential threats to counter our adversary's Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Tracking (ISRT) capabilities. In this position you will apply your expertise in multiple non-kinetic areas (directed energy, electronic warfare, etc.) to evaluate the operational utility of these methods through software and hardware prototyping, explore the fundamental physics of these methods, and understand their impact on the threat.
