Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Large Projects Manager with expertise in guiding complex projects through all project phases, from initiation through overseeing construction and commissioning. This role requires a professional who sees the bigger picture, embraces inquisitiveness, comfortably navigates ambiguity, and thrives on urgency and execution.

· The Large Project Manager will be responsible for the following key roles and objectives:
11. Project Concept Development and Initiation:
· Define and initiate projects, conduct market and competitiveness assessments, geology assessments, permitting strategies, and preliminary cost estimates
· Develop a preliminary business case to assess project viability
12. Project Planning:
· Take responsibility for technology selection and engineering processes sufficient for permit preparation
· Lead teams to conduct stakeholder analysis and consultation, obtain necessary permits and approvals, develop detailed construction plans and schedules, develop operating plans etc.
· Present business case and capital proposal for project approval
